  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Summary Tab

The Summary tab displays all of the competencies and goals in the appraisal, and all ratings to date.

Managers and administrators can see all of the ratings from all appraisers. Depending on your organization’s settings, employees may be able to see all ratings, too. System settings also determine whether Scoring comments are visible. If Scores are not visible to an employee (Performance » Appraisal » Employee View Other Appraiser Line Scores feature disabled), comments can be made visible via the Summary Tab All Comments System Setting.

The bottom section of the Summary tab displays the Overall Rating, which is calculated based on the scores entered by the raters for all competencies, skills and goals in the appraisal.

After a score is finalized, if a Manager or HR Business Partner has permission to override an appraisal score, they can do so by selecting the Override This Score option from the Score Override section Actions menu, on the Appraisal Summary tab. Administrators can enable or disable the ability to override scores on the Features screen (Performance » Appraisals » HRBP Administration » HRBP Override Overall Score) and/or (Performance » Appraisals » Manager Override Overall Score).

The button on the Summary tab performs the following function.

Print Appraisal Click this button to open the Print Appraisal screen, which lets you select the sections that you want to include in the printed appraisal.
